Looks dodgy? Not half as iffy as it tasted….I got the boyf a rip-off of the El Bulli Texturas kit for his bday. I know everything food has gone a bit honest and British and sharing plates etc etc but there’s nothing like playing with your food. I spent hours making these rhubarb balls – not entirely sure it was worth it in the end but I took great pleasure in the whole process. I was a little miffed after all the hours of reducing of the rhubarb syrup + added essence that they tasted of nothing. So a little too style over content.
