Grey Goose have their latest campaign underway, exploring notions of taste. A summer of events include a session by Animal Mineral Vegetable’s Tasha Marks’ interactive edible art class to lickable life drawing and edible painting-by-numbers. Anyone who’s working in the food + fun space (and isn’t the near-ubiquitous Bompass & Parr) has my vote.

Dr Rachel Edwards-Stuart will take a scientific masterclass in taste and flavour matching, demonstrating how our other senses affect the way we taste, and how genetics dictate many of our own preferences.
