The Krug Institute of Happiness pops up 5-8th Dec in Highgate. Krug has hooked up with chef Nuno Mendes to rustle up a feast that will invoke a general feeling of happiness through good food and a mesmerising setting. A slick of contemporary architecture hanging right over Highgate Cemetery in an extraordinary contrast of colour, texture and mood. It’s steep at £250 a head and probably won’t be full of office Christmas parties but will be a night to remember. I had a good poke around the house over Open House a couple of years back with our Paris correspondent Mme Marion. Marion was rather keen to hook up with owner Richard but he had to let her down gently via Twitter that he isn’t into hot French girls, only boys. Away you go guys…
