A natural swimming pond coming to the middle of King’s Cross. The 40 metre long pond has space for over 100 bathers and is entirely chemical free. The water is purified through a natural, closed-loop process process using wetland and submerged water plants to filter the water and keep it clear. The pond is surrounded by wild flowers and grasses that change with the season.
King’s Cross Pond Club is designed by architects Ooze (Eva Pfannes and Sylvain Hartenberg) and artist Marjetica Potrč as part of the King’s Cross public art program RELAY.
