Planning to Rock gig at Rough Trade tonight

Last night we went to see PTR release her new album at Electrowerkz. It was everything I hoped – still vy strange. Gone is the petite blonde and in her place – well an altogether different but more melodic creature! A couple of sax players added a light musac sound to some great electronica. You can tell she’s been hanging with The Knife that’s for sure. It was like an updated Bladerunner soundtrack – woozy, other worldly, 80s, slightly naff in places. She’s doing another gig tonight at Rough Trade so go and check her out, it’s some show!
