If the sun is out this Saturday, head to Smithfield to watch the city’s waxed and buffed Mamals and many more get to work around the market circuit. Every June the streets around Smithfield meat market give way to a slightly more active beast. One that actually has a heartbeat racing away.
Come along and admire the latest in Lycra fashion, drink some beer and check out a sub-culture up close. There is nothing that hasn’t been struck with the trendy stick, yup you can even get neon Penny Farthings. This is one bunch of Smithfield revellers who probably won’t be piling into Fabric til 5am.
