Nipped in here on Saturday for a spot of lunch. I was geared up for a long queue because you can’t book but it was very tranquil. The most beautiful dishes I have seen in a few months. I guess it’s also slightly of the Noma/Nordic/Bo Pech ilk with celeriac skin as bark and burnt dust for garnish. Really lovely. Then I went round the corner to learn how to stuff a rat and undid all the English oak calm.
